Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Qiliqangxin capsule on the levels of NT-proBNP, LVEF and Tei in patients with chronic heart failure index.Methods One hundred and six patients with CHF in emergency department of Hubei Dongfeng Xiangyang People's hospital from Feb.2015 to Feb.2016 were selected and divided into control group with 50 cases and treatment group with 56 cases. Patients in control group underwent standard treatment; patients in treatment group were given Qiliqangxin capsule additionally. Then the clinical effect and NT-proBNP, LVEF and Tei index before and after treatment, adverse reactions of 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.1%, which was obviously higher than 70.0% of control group with statistically significance (χ2=7.662,P=0.006). The expression level of NT-proBNP (FControl group=9.324,PControl group=0.000;FTreatment group=12.305, PTreatment group=0.000), LVEF (FControl group=6.237,PControl group=0.008;FTreatment group=9.287,PTreatment group=0.000), LVEDD (FControl group=3.622,PControl group=0.048;FTreatment group=5.637,PTreatment group=0.015) of 2 groups after treatment were obviously lower than before, the Tei index (FControl group=5.830,PControl group=0.010;FTreatment group=6.207,PTreatment group=0.009) and SV (FControl group=6.842,PControl group=0.004;FTreatment group=9.351,PTreatment group=0.000) after treatment were obviously higher than before with statistically significance (P<0.05). The indexes of treatment group were changing much better than control group (tNT-proBNP=8.483,PNT-proBNP=0.001;tLVEF=14.829,PLVEF=0.011;tLVEDD=6.118,PLVEDD=0.025;tTei index=6.344,PTei index=0.021;tSV=8.878,PSV=0.000). There were 3 cases (5.4%) of light adverse reactions 12 w after taken Qiliqangxin capsule.Conclusion It demonstrated that the Qiliqangxin capsule has better effect than standard treatment, which can also improve the cardiac function with good safety. It is worthy of clinical applications.关键词
