Abstract
At the beginning of twenty-first century,the "magdala red" and "malachite green" incident first appeared in Europe.A variety of non food additives had been added to food at home and abroad,which caused panic.Food was the first necessity of man,so food safety was the most important.The abuse of non food additives was reviewed in detail.And objectively understood that the food additives in food production and life was a class of chemicals couldn't be missing,and non toxic harmless,which would not damage human health.关键词
