摘要

Abstract

The fluorinated acrylate copolymer was synthesized by the reaction of unsaturated monomer and acrylic monomer under normal pressure,and the linen fabric was finished with the fluorinated acrylate copolymer.The structures of the latexes and their films as well as the applied properties of flax fabrics after finishing were studied by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The results show that nanoscale fluorinated acrylate copolymer with core-shell structure could be synthetised by semi-continuous seed emulsion copolymerization.The finished fabric by the emulsion became smooth and flat.The tensile strength of the finished fabric was increased significantly.And water and air permeability decreased slightly.The contact angles of the films to water and hexadecane were 98.32° and 65.58°,respectively.
