氧化亚铜空心球的制备及其抗菌性能研究
Preparation of Cu2O hollow sphere and its antibacterial property
摘要
Abstract
The Cu2O hollow sphere was directly synthesized through copper ammonia solution using ammonia as precipitant and complexant,copper sulfate as copper source and ascorbic acid as reducing agent.The sample was characterized and evaluated by granularity tester,scanning electron microscope (SEM),transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD).The experimental results showed that the product was composed of hollow sphere with 120 nm around particle size.Compared with other morphologies of Cu2O nanocrystals,Cu2O with hollow sphere structure consisted of small grains.And the antibacterial test indicated that the synthesized hollow sphere had perfect antibacterial property for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.关键词
