Abstract
In order to solve the problems such as big rigidity,poor elasticity and poor evenness of pure hemp yarn,41.7 tex pure hemp yarn was treated with alkaline pectinase/xylanase (alkaline).The effect of compound enzyme dosage,dyeing pH,temperature and time on the treatment was investigated by L16(45) orthogonal test.The results showed that the treatment effect was the best when alkaline pectinase dosage was 4.5% (omf),alkaline xylanase dosage 5.0%(omf),pH=9.6,temperature 45 ℃,time 150 min.Under these conditions,compared with the raw yarn without treatment,the hemp yarn residue rate was reduced by 54.9%,the capillary effect was increased by 47.8%,and the evenness improved by 24.25%,which achieved a significant improvement in yarn quality.关键词
