摘要
Abstract
Three proofing finishing and easy decontamination finishing of pure cotton fabric were preliminary studied,including the concentration of agent and catalyst,pH,rolling over rate,drying temperature and time,curing temperature and time and other factors.By strict control variable method,the effect of various factors on the three proofing property and easy decontamination,washing resistance,permeability and hand feeling and other comprehensive performance.The experimental results showed that the best process was as follows:three proofing finishing agent dosage was 100 g/L,easy decontamination finishing agent dosage was 80 g/L,cross linking agent dosage was 10 g/L,pH=5,soak and rolling twice (rolling over rate was 70％),drying at 110 ℃ for 120 s,baking at 160 ℃ for 120 s.The treated fabric by the best process had good water repellent,oil repellent,stain resistant,easy decontamination,etc.关键词
