Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Recombinant Human Endostatin Combined with Cisplatin Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Malignant Melanoma and Its Influence on MVD and VEGF

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of recombinant human endostatin combined with cisplatin chemotherapy for malignant melanoma and its influence on microvessel density (MVD) and vascular endithelial growth factor(VEGF) of malignant melanoma.Methods The patients with malignant melanoma in our hospital from March 2008 to March 2015 were divided into two groups according to randomn number table method,the control group were given cisplatin chemotherapy with 30 mg/m2 andi the observation group based on the cisplatin chemotherapy treatment of control group were treated by 15 mg/ d intravenous infusion of recombinant human endostatin.The clinical effect and influences on MVD and VEGF were com pared between two groups after treating for two cycles.Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group(Z =-2.673,P＜0.05).MVD count and VEGF count of two groups after treatment were decreased than those of before treatment and compared with control group MVD and VEGF count in observation group decreased significantly.There was no significant difference of adverse reactions in two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusi.on Recombinant human endostatin combined with cisplatin chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant melanoma can significantly improve the clinical effect and inhibit the expression of MVD and VEGF of malignant melanoma.关键词
