Abstract
Objective To evaluate the situation and influential factors of life quality in patients treating with hemodialysis,so as to provide basis for improving the life quality.Methods From January 2013 to August 2015,386 patients confirmed with chronic renal failure in ureamia phase accepted haemodialysis in our department,including 220 cases of male and 166 cases of female.Questionnaire-method was used,the questionnaire items were asked and recorded with doctors,then the data was input into EXCEL 2003 and analyzed BY SPSS 19.0 software.Results All the 386 distributed questionnaire were taken back.In 386 patients with chronic renal failure,147 cases were primary induced with diabetic accounted for 38.0％,127 case with hypertension accouted for 33.2％,81 cases with glomerulonephritis accouted for 21.1％,23 cases with medicine accounted for 6.0％,8 cases with other factors accounted for 1.7％.Conclusion (1)The advanced age patients presented low quality of survival,the older the age,the worse the physiological function was,the younger the age,the better the physiological function was;(2)the life quality of employed patients was higher than those out of work;(3)family was the main supporters in haemodialysis patients,positive family support was positively related with the quality of life;(4)the situation of life quality was not ideal in patients hospitalized in our department,whcih was influenced by multi-factors,medical and nursing staff should pay attention to the factors that directly affected the life quality,such as age,family support,working condition in haemodialysis patients,besides the gender,family per capita income,physical activity,BMI,diabetes history,frequency of internal fistula operation,plasma albumin levels and other factors also should be focused.Based on this study,the life quality could be improved through effective health care and nursing intervention.关键词
