Abstract
Objective To explore the correlations among the hope level,soeial support and negative emotion in leukemia patients.Methods Herth hope scale,social support scale,HAMA and HAMD scales were used to investigate 68 patients with leukemia.The correlations among the hope level,social support and negative emotion were analyzed by Pearson's single fac tor analysis.Results The total score of hope level,overall social support,HAMA score and HAMD score were 24.98±3.62,62.35± 5.48,25.85 ± 3.12 and 27.36± 3.45,respectively.Pearson's single factor analysis showed that the total score of hope,perceived family support score,HAMA score and HAMD score were negatively correlated(P＜0.05),but positively correlated with social support in leukemia patients.And positive action,keeping close relationship with others were negatively correlated with social support,perceivedfamily support score,HA M A score and HAMD score(P＜0.05).Theattitudetoward the present and the future were negatively correlated with HAMA score and HAMD score(P＜0.05).Conclusion Social support and negative emotion may be important factors that influencing the hope level of leukemia patients,clinical medical person nel should adjust the patient's social support and negative emotion to improve the hope level and enhance the confidence of leukemia patients.关键词
