尿激肽原酶对急性缺血性脑梗死患者血流动力学及神经功能的影响
Effects of Human Urine Kallikrein 1 on Cerebral Hemodynamics and Neural Function in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of human urine kallikrein 1 (HUK1) on the cerebral hemodynamics and neural function in patients with acute ischemic stroke by CT perfusion imaging (CTP).Methods Sixty-nine patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with a 2 ∶ 1 ratio.The patients in control group were given basic antiplatelet therapy (aspirin tablets 0.1 g/d,clopidogrel 75 mg/d);the patients in observation group were additionally given HUKi by intravenous infusion(0.15 pNA U),qd for 3 weeks.CT perfusion imaging were performed before and at 3 weeks aftertreatment,relative cerebral blood flow (rCBF),relative cerebral blood volume (rCBV) and relative time to peak (rTTP) in the ischemia area were compared.National institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) were assessed before and 3 weeks after treatment,and the ability of daily living were assessed during followed up for 3 months.Results The rCBF(0.84±0.17),rCBV(0.89±0.25) and rTTP(1.29±0.37) of observation group were more favorable than those of control group in the semidark zone of infarct region(all P<0.05);NIHSS(3.48±5.69)after treatment in observation group was significantly better than both before treatment (11.71 ± 5.62) and that of control group (4.98± 5.04),(P<0.01);the followed up mRS scores (1.58 ± 1.77) in observation group was also significantly better than that of control group at 3 months after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion HUK1 could improve the blood flow in ischemic region and promote the establishment of collateral circulation,and obviously improve the neural function and daily living ability in patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction.关键词
