HPV感染、阴道局部T淋巴细胞亚群与宫颈病变的关系研究
Study on Relationship between HPV Infection, Vaginal Local T Lymphocyte Subsets and Cervical Lesions

Abstract
Objective Toexplore the relationship between HPV infection,vaginal local T lymphocyte subsets and cervical lesions.Methods Total 200 female patients were divided into normal group (n=46),benign group (n =60),precancerous lesion group (n =46) and cervical cancer group (n =48) according to the pathological diagnosis,then HPV and vaginal local CD4+,CD8+ were detected and contrasted.Results The results showed that the order of HPV positive rate low to high were normal group,benign group,precancerous lesion group,cervical cancer group,(P＜0.05);the levels of CD4+ was significantly decreased (P＜0.01) with the severity of the disease,while CD8 + T cells significantly increased (P＜ 0.01),and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ was significantly decreased(P＜0.01);both the CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels of HPV positive patients were significantly lower than those of negative patients(both P＜0.01),while the CD8+ was significantly higher (P＜0.01).Conclusion HPV infection may be an important risk factor for cervical lesions and cervical cancer;the levels of CD4+ and CD8+ in the local vaginal region are closely related to the severity of disease,which may provide the evidence for the monitoring and immunotherapy of cervical cancer.关键词
