摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the related risk factors of hepatic metastasis in patients with colon cancer. Methods From January 1997 to December 2013,the clinical data of 934 patients with colon cancer in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed by single factor and multiple factor Logistic regression analysis,so as to explore the related risk factors of hepatic metastasis. Results The results of single factor analysis showed that the complications, celiac planting, lymph node metastasis, tumor invasion, tumor differentiation degree and serum CEA level were significantly different between patients with and without hepatic metastasis(P<0.01).The results of multiple factor Logistic regression analysis demonstrated that six factors including deeply infiltration (OR =5.367,95%CI =2.451 ~ 11.755),celiac planting (OR =5.778,95% CI =1.963~17.009),lymph node metastasis (OR=5.178,95%CI =3.963~ 18.009),high differentiation degree (OR =4.962,95%CI=2.958~ 16.016),no complications(OR=1.896,95%CI=1.853~ 14.617) and serum high CEA level (OR=1.076,95%CI=1.489~ 13.817) were closely related to the incidence of hepatic metastasis in patients with colon cancer. And they were independent risk factors. Conclusion The factors such as complications, celiac planting, lymph node metastasis, tumor invasion, tumor differentiation degree and level of serum CEA are closely related to hepatic metastasis of colon cancer. The related factors includingdeeplyinfiltration, celiacplanting, the lymphnodemetastasis, high degreeofdifferentiation,no complicationsand high serum CEA level are the major independent risk factors for liver metastasis of colon cancer.关键词
