摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effects of contiruous positive airway pressure (CPA.P) on acute ischemic stroke accompanying obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS),and explore the influence of CPAP treatment on the neural functional recovery. Methods Retrospective case analysis, control observation experiment was performed at the department of neurology of our hospital during April 2009 to April 2016,98 cases with acute ischemic stroke accompanying OSAS were enrolled in this study.Based on whether receiving CPAP therapy or not,the patients were divided into observation group (48 cases) and control group (50 cases),patients in control group received routine treatment, and those in observation group received CPAP and routine treatment, the duration of treatment was 14 days. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS),Barthel Indexes (BI) and modified Rankin Scale (mRS) of 3 months after treatment were recorded. Results The NHISS and BI scores after treatment were significantly improved than those of before treatment in both groups(P <0.05);After treatment, the NHISS and mRS score of observation group were significantly decreased than those of control group, but BI scores was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusior CPAP treatment could alleviate the symptoms of patients with acute ischemic stroke accompanying OSAS in short term, and improve the neural functional recovery of patients after cerebral infarction.关键词
