老年抑郁症患者认知功能受损与共病数量、抑郁程度相关性分析
The Correlation Research of Cognitive Function Damage, Co-morbidity Numbers and Depression Degree in Elderly Depression

Abstract
Objective To investigate the status of elder depression co-morbidity and analyzes the correlation in cognitive function damage,co-morbidity numbers and depression degree.Methods 184 elderly depression in inpatient department and ambulant clinic of Hospital are all measured with general questionnaire,GSD and MMSE.We divided all the subjects into two groups according to whether the cognitive function was damaged,which are cognitive function damage 121 cases and cognitive function normal 63 cases.Results There're statistically significant differences between the two groups of average data in age,education level,having children and having spouse (P＜ 0.05);The status of elderly depression co-morbidity:respiratory diseases (73.4％),hypertension (68.5％),diabetes (66.8％),digestive disease (39.7％),coronary heart disease (28.8％),traumatism (7.1％),tnmour (3.3％),stroke (2.7％);The number of co-morbidity and scores of GSD in cognitive function damage is significantly higher than that in normal(P＜0.01);The scores of MMSE are positively correlated with the education level(P＜0.05) and negative correlated with co-morbidity number,the scores of GSD,the age and having children or not(P＜0.05).The multiple linear regression is Y =0.353× 1 (education level)-0.965×2(comorbidity number)+28.323.Conclusion The elderly depressions with cognitive function damage are correlated with old age,lower education level and no children.The most common of co-morbidity in the elderly depression are respiratory diseases,hypertension and diabetes.Age,children,co-morbidity number,degree of education and depression are correlated with the cognitive function damage.Education level and co-morbidity number are speculated to be significance to cognitive function damage.关键词
