股骨近端防旋髓内钉和股骨近端解剖锁定钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效比较

Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical outcomes between PFNA and anatomic proximal femoral locking plate for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 158 patients with intertrochanteric fracture treated with PFNA and anatomic proximal femoral locking plate in Taihe Hospital from January 2011 to January 2015.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incision length,postoperative drainage,fracture healing time,postoperative harris hip score and complication rate were compared by statistical analysis.Results All patients were followed up for 23.6 months on average (6～36 months).All comparisons of the operative time,the intraoperative blood loss,the incision length and the postoperative drainage of the two groups were significantly different (P＜0.05),and the group A was better than group B.In fracture healing time,postoperative harris hip score and complication rate,there was no significant difference (P＞0.05) between the two groups.Conclusion For treating intertrochanteric fractures,both PFNA and anatomic proximal femoral locking plate can achieve better clinical outcome,but the former has the advantages in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures and can be used as a preferred treatment.关键词
