甲状腺疾病住院患者疾病构成及临床特征
Constitution and Characteristics of Inpatients with Thyroid Diseases

Abstract
Objective By analyzing the characteristics of in-patients with thyroid diseases of a tertiary hospital in Shiyan,to provide evidence for exploring constitution and characteristics of inpatients with thyroid diseases.Methods The inpatients with thyroid disease in the Departments of Thyroid Surgery,Endocrinology and Rheumatism were willingly surveyed and biochemically tested from October 2013 to April 2014 in a tertiary hospital in Shiyan.Statistical analysis was onducted by SPSS 17.0 software.Fesults The ratio of males and females was 1:2.82 in total 103 cases.The age of patients arranged mostly from 51 to 60 years old and mainly suffered from goiter and hyperthyroidism.In 44 characteristics of biopsy of pathological tissue,mainly nodular goiter,thyroid carcinoma.The median urinary iodine of nodular goiter is higher than appropriate amount.And the thyroid hormone were significantly correlated with serum lipids.Conclusiorn Most of patients with thyroid diseases were female at age of 51-60 years old.The Mainly diseases were Goiter and hyperthyroidism.The biopsy of pathological tissue is mainly nodular goiter,thyroid carcinoma.The median urinary iodine of nodular goiter is in the sufficient condition.And the exceptional function of thyroid were significantly correlated with the change of serum lipids.关键词
