降脂减肥袋泡茶对高脂血症小鼠血脂的调节作用研究
Study on Regulating Effect of Jiangzhijianfei Tea on Blood Lipid in Hyperlipidemic Mice

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Jiangzhijiarffei teabag (cassia,hawthorn,chrysanthemum,Platycodon root,lotus leaf) on hyperlipidemia mice body weight,lipid metabolism and liver index.Methods Mice were randomly divided into six groups:the control group,the Jiangzhining tea groups (10,5,2.5 g/kg),the positive control group and the model group.Mice were fed with high fat emulsion to induce hyperlipidemia model mice.Different groups were treated with different drugs.Blood lipid index,liver index and body weight changes of mice were observed after 8 weeks.Results The tea in the high dose group significantly decreased TC,TG and LDL-c level (P＜0.01 or P＜0.05),the high dose group showed an increase of the high density lipoprotein (HDL-c) (P＜0.05);the high dose group had significantly reduced the liver index of mice (P＜0.05);the high dose group had significantly reduced the body weight of mice (P＜0.05).Conclusion Jiangzhijianfei tea can reduce the body weight and blood lipid of mice with hyperlipidemia and improve the liver fat accumulation caused by dyslipidemia.关键词
