Abstract
Objective To analyze the role of 360-Degree Evaluation System in assessing the communication ability of trainees in the Resident Standardized Training Program.Methods The "360-Degree Evaluation Questionnaire Sheet" was used for total 84 trainees in the Resident Standardized Training Program to assess their abilities of communication in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital to Hubei University of Medicine.The trainees consist of the residents from departments of internal medicine,surgery,obstetrics and gynecology and pediatrics.The residents were experienced all-aspects evaluation by questionnaires to teachers,trainees,nurses,patients,management staff and co-workers.FResults It showed that 360 degree evaluation can be used to assess communication skills for residents and shows comprehensive and objective effect,reflecting the individual and the fairness of the assessment principles.Conclusion It was confirmed that the 360-degree evaluation method can clearly,rationally and truly evaluate the real level of the communicative ability of the resident trainees.关键词
