Abstract
Objective Discuss the correlation among serum fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23),Klotho protein level,acute cerebral infarction patients' carotid atherosclerosis,and risk factors for brain stroke.Methods select 166 acute cerebral infarction patients as research group,randomly match 152 healthy people as control group,collect the indicators such as blood fat,measure FGF 23 and Klotho protein level in serum of each group,with ELISA method,detect carotid artery As with doppler ultrasound instrument,and compare it with the normal control group.Analyze the FGF23 level in serum,and the correlation and influence factors of other obvervational indicators with multi-factor logistic regression.Results The tHcy,hs-CRP,and FGF23 levels of research group were higher than that of control group (P<0.05) significantly,while HDL-C and Klotho protein were lower than that of control group (P<0.05) significantly,and the statistic difference between TC,LDL-C,and TG and that of control group (P>0.05) was insignificant.Ratio,number of patches,patch score,and IMT of carotid artery As of research group were higher than that of the normal control group (P<0.05) significantly.Taking carotid artery As as the dependent variable,multi-factor non-conditional logistic regression was implement,and the results showed that hs-CRP,tHcy,and FGF23 were the risk factors for carotid artery As,while HDL-C and Klotho protein were the protective factors of carotid artery As.The correlation analysis showed that there was positive correlation among FGF 23 level,hs-CRP,tHcy,carotid artery As,patch score,and IMT (all P<0.05);but it presented negative correlation with HDL-C and Klotho protein (all P<0.05).Conclusion FGF 23 is the risk factor for the emergence of atherosclerosis and cerebral infarction,while Klotho protein is the protective factor of atherosclerosis and cerebral infarction,and they present the negative correlation.关键词
