Abstract
Objective to analyze the effect of different blood purification methods on elderly patients with uremia.Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with uremia in our hospital from 2016 to in August of December were selected as the subjects of study in our hospital from January to December,January.Divided into three groups,a total of 20 patients were treated with conventional hemodialysis,and the other patients were treated with high flux dialysis,and 20 patients were treated with hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion.Pay attention to the progress of treatment of patients,the clinical efficacy of patients,clinical indicators were analyzed and compared.Results the combined group,high flux dialysis group and dialysis group,the total efficiency is higher,there were significant differences between the data,confirm the existence of statistical significance,P<0.05;comparison of combined group and high flux dialysis group,the total efficiency of the difference is not obvious,there is no statistical significance,P>0.05.1 months of treatment,three groups of patients with clinical indicators before and after treatment and the differences between groups were not obvious,that no significant,P>0.05.Conclusion compared with conventional hemodialysis,high flux hemodialysis,hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of elderly patients with uremia,can eliminate toxins,can improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
