Abstract
Objective To investigate the risk factors of central venous catheter infection and the effect of nursing intervention.Methods in our hospital 56 cases of central venous catheter were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the control group received the routine nursing,the experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing intervention measures for the implementation of relevant risk factors for infection of central venous catheter,to observe the clinical effect of two groups of patients.Results the incidence of infection,hospitalization time,catheter use time in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the patient satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group,the results were significantly different.Conclusion central venous catheter for patients with risk factors related to the implementation of nursing intervention measures,can improve the satisfaction of patients,shorten the hospitalization time and indwelling time,reduce the incidence of infection of patients in,has significance in clinical widely.关键词
