摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of dyslipidemia on renal function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 80 patients of this study discusses the were randomly from March 2014 to 2015 during the month of June in our hospital in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus pick out,80 cases of patients according to whether it combined with blood lipid abnormalities were classified two groups of research,namely 40 cases of lipids abnormal group,40 cases of lipids in normal group,morning,two groups of patients with venous blood and for the first time in the urine specimens collected were detected.Comparative analysis of the test results.Results the two groups of patients with urinary albumin,uric acid,creatinine index,the data between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);but the two groups of patients with urea index comparison,the data between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,if the abnormal status of blood lipids,may have a certain impact on the renal function,the incidence of renal function to promote the role,therefore,the clinical need to pay high attention to.关键词
