Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of orthodontic traction in the treatment of impacted maxillary canines at different ages.Methods 40 cases during the period from March 2012 to January 2016 of maxillary in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of impacted canine patients,according to the age of the patients will be divided into the study group(21 cases of adolescent)and control group(19 adults),all patients were according to the specific circumstances of the implementation of orthodontic traction treatment,observation and analysis of curative effect and complications two groups of occurrence.Results 1.compare the therapeutic effect of two groups:patients were treated after the completion of treatment efficiency evaluation between the two groups,the study group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);2.the comparison of treatment time and complications of two groups:the treatment of all patients were observed and compared after completion between group treatment time and complications.The study group were significantly reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05).conclusion in orthodontic treatment of impacted maxillary canines with traction in the treatment of adolescent patients with the treatment effect is better than that of adults.关键词
