Abstract
Objective To dicuss the clinical effect analysis of comprehensive rehabilitation training for stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods 96 cases of stroke patients with dysphagia were selected in our hospital from Dec 2013 to Mar 2016 as the research objects,according to the different treatment methods were divided into the conventional group(33 cases)were given routine drug therapy,control group(31 cases)were given rehabilitation training on the basis of routine treatment,observation group(32 cases)were given low frequency electrical stimulation + acupuncture treatment on the basis of control group treatment.The NIHSS,Burke and VFSS scores of three groups were recorded and compared.Results The NIHSS scores of observation group after 3,6,9 weeks treatment compared with before the treatment the results were significantly decreased,respectively,compared with both in turn significantly decreased,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate in the observation group 90.63％(29/32)was significantly higher than that in the conventional group 51.52％(17/33)and the control group 74.19(23/31),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation training for stroke patients with dysphagia can significantly improve the curative effect has obvious advantages,it is worth to be popularized in clinical practice.关键词
