Abstract
Objective to analyze the serum autoantibodies detection used in the diagnosis of patients with abnormal liver function.Methods Choose from 310 patients as the research object,all the patients were in serum autoantibodies detection,and analyze the clinical testing methods and results.Results Reference group in LC-1,SLA/LP,LKM-1,AMA-M2 and SMA antibodies,0 cases(0.0),the ANA detection in 3 cases(3％);Group B and group 90 cases,of which the LC-1 in 12 cases of early primary biliary cirrhosis,SLA/LP,LKM-1 and SMA detection of 0 cases(0.0),the AMA-M2 checked out 3 cases(25％),ANA detected 4 cases(33.3％).control group and observation group differences apparent in the detection of ALT and AST,P<0.05).Conclusion for patients with abnormal liver function in serum autoantibodies detection,to improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis is of great significance.关键词
