Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of double frontal, temporal and top decompressive craniectomy on bilateral mydriasis in patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods 12 patients were admitted to our hospital during April 2015-2016 year in the treatment of severe brain injury caused by bilateral mydriasis cases, all patients received double frontal, temporal, top decompressive craniectomy for treatment of cases. The clinical data of patients were analyzed retrospectively. The therapeutic effects were analyzed and the complications and adverse reactions were analyzed. Results 12 patients were successfully completed operation, intraoperative continuous hypotension for six hours, after surgery patients completely recovered, postoperative left occipital lobe infarction, considering hypotension caused by poor cerebral perfusion. After 3 months of follow-up,the left eye vision was worse in the 6 patients. Conclusion in bilateral mydriasis situation of severe craniocerebral injury, feasible double frontal craniotomy, significantly reduce intracranial pressure, improve mydriasis, contribute to the prognosis, and is worthy of promotion.关键词
