摘要

Abstract

Objective to study the humanistic quality of nursing service in the nursing of respiratory effect.Methods select our hospital intensive care units,80 patients with respiratory failure as the research object,the control routine nursing care,observation group to join the humanized nursing service,under the premise contrast effect of two groups of patient care.Results two groups of PH,temperature,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in patients with no significant difference(P >0.05),but the heart rate,breathing rate,SaO2,PaCO2,PaO2 vital signs such as significant difference(P<0.05),with statistical significance.The nursing satisfaction of observation group was better than control group,significant difference(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion the implementation in patients with respiratory failure,which can effectively improve the quality of patient care,and worthy of further promotion.
