Abstract
Objective To investigate the feasibility of vascular endothelial cell transplantation for corneal endothelial injury.Methods This prospective study by random draw,from patients admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to July 2016,the corneal endothelial injury in 60 cases,drawn into the discussion,60 cases treated with A,B,C,D four groups(15 cases each),and draw valid conclusions.Results C group,D group of patients with corneal are transparent,increased under the microscope,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),one week after the surgery,two weeks after operation and the first day of comparison,the corneal thickness A group and C group was thinner,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In group A,group C and group D,the corneal thickness was statistically significant at the first and second week after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion the treatment of corneal endothelial injury may be considered to be transplanted into the vascular endothelial cells.In this way,the corneal endothelial barrier can be replaced,and the corneal transparency can be maintained.关键词
