摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of epilepsy patients with sodium valproate and lamotrigine treatment.Methods the extraction in 2013 during-2016 were diagnosed in patients with epilepsy in 45 cases,the treatment measures according to randomly divided into control group(simple epilepsy lamotrigine symptomatic treatment)and observation group(combined with sodium valproate),each with 22 cases,23 cases.Through the correlation analysis of clinical data of patients with sodium valproate combined with lamotrigine on the induction scheme of clinical effect in patients with epilepsy.Results after treatment in two groups were recorded in the number of cases of epileptiform discharges disappeared,patients in the observation group were significantly more than those in the control group,the difference of data(P<0.05),the patients in the observation group EGG improved average time needed was shorter than the control group,the difference of data(P<0.05);in patients before treatment,respectively.1 months after treatment and 3 months time seizures recorded the average number of all patients after the treatment of epilepsy frequency was controlled and the observation group was more significantly reduce the frequency of data,the difference(P<0.05);to evaluate the curative effect according to the symptoms of epilepsy patients,the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group differences(P<0.05);follow-up observation group and control group in the treatment of adverse reactions were 1 cases,6 cases,data rate differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with epilepsy with sodium valproate and lamotrigine two drug combination therapy in addition can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,but also have a positive impact on reducing the frequency at the same time,the treatment of high safety,is worthy of promotion.关键词
