Abstract
Objective Analysis on the influence factors of aspirin resistance(hap)in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital during July 2015 to July 2015 were treated 65 cases of patients with cerebral infarction,analyzed retrospectively the clinical record data,with the help of thrombus elastic figure,measurement in patients with AA(Arachidonic Acid)induced platelet aggregation rate.AR(Aspirin Resistance)AS the platelet aggregation rate 20％,or less platelet aggregation rate between(20-50)％for ASR(aspirin resistance),platelet aggregation rate>50％AS sensitive(aspirin).In accordance with the above standards will be grouped 65 patients,analysis the incidence of AR.To each clinical factors and biochemical indicators in contrast to the discussion.Results 65 cases of patients,the incidence of AR was 18.46％(12/65);The AS group of platelet aggregation rate(14.73±4.19)％was lower than that in group ASR+AR(20.52±5.27)％,data between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);ASR+AR group LDL-C,glycated hemoglobin levels were significantly higher than the AS group,data between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion high LDL-C and poor control of blood sugar of patients with aspirin resistance can occur easily,therefore,to take aspirin treatment,should detect platelet aggregation rate,can determine whether the treatment effect,and shall actively control LDL-C,blood glucose and other risk factors.When a AR,shall promptly adopt other effective antiplatelet agents.关键词
