Abstract
Objective to make known to each nursing of acute myocardial infarction(mi)is a common disease of middle-aged and old,often cause arrhythmia,shock,heart failure and other complications.Has entered the aging society in our country,there are data shows in recent years,the incidence of myocardial infarction have obvious rise,myocardial infarction(mi)has become a hot spot in the clinical treatment and nursing.Methods do clinical careful observation in a timely manner.Results the acute myocardial infarction(mi),rapid disease,illness,patients with easy to entertain foolish ideas,can produce adverse psychological,effectively promote the clinical cure rate and reduce mortality has important significance.Conclusion patients with acute myocardial infarction(mi)in monitoring treatment to early detection,early diagnosis,early treatment and observe closely,at the same time do a good job in the patient's psychological nursing,especially in the prevention and treatment of severe arrhythmia,the key to reduce the case fatality rate.关键词
