基层医院分层培训对护士在职业生涯规划中的作用研究
摘要
Abstract
Objective Stratified training of grassroots hospital nurse role in career planning.Methods The nurse stratified training group was established, and nurses are divided into primary nurse, intermediate and senior nurses at three levels, respectively, for training, and career planning analysis.Results Hierarchical training of nurse career planning before and after comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.01).The career planning scores of intermediate nurses were higher than those of senior nurses and primary nurses Conclusion Hierarchical training is helpful to improve the career planning score and help nurses to be successful.关键词
