集束化护理干预在降低住院患者非计划拔管发生中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of bundle care on the unplanned extubation of hospitalized patients.Methods:From July 2015 to December 2015 ,267 patients with indwelling pipe patients as the normal group, from January 2016 to June 2016 299 patients with indwelling catheter patients as the intervention group and the normal group with routine nursing measures to prevent unplanned extubation, the intervention group used nursing measures of bundles of care prevention unplanned extubation.Compared to the conventional group and intervention group of unplanned extubation.Results: compared with the intervention group and the conventional group decreased the incidence of unplanned extubation (P<0.05).Conclusion: nursing intervention can reduce hospitalization in patients with unplanned extubation rate, improve patients with comfort.关键词
