Abstract
Objective To evaluate and evaluate the clinical effect of Barmier effervescent tablets and aspirin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (Rheumatoid arthritis, RA).Methods Eighty-six patients with RA who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were included in this clinical study.Random number was divided into experimental group and routine group (n =42).The experimental group was treated with Bamir effervescence Tablet treatment, the conventional group of aspirin enteric-coated tablets were treated for 8 weeks, compared the two groups were the total effective rate, onset time, total medication and adverse reactions and so on.Results The total effective rate was 95.2% in the experimental group and 92.9% in the control group after 8 weeks of treatment.There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05).The onset time, the total amount of the drug and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower (P <0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of aspirin effervescent tablets and aspirin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of RA is basically the same, but the former onset time, the total amount of drugs is relatively better than the latter, and the difference is statistically significant Safety is higher, the clinical value is more prominent.关键词
