Clinical analysis of colposcopy combined with high frequency electric knife in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia with colposcopy and high frequency electric knife.Methods: in our hospital from 2013 04 to 2016 05 months from 130 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia patients as experimental subjects;all cervical intraepithelial neoplasia patients by clinical group draw;control group: LEEP;observation group: colposcopy and LEEP;carried out a retrospective analysis on the treatment results of two group of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Results: the average amount of bleeding in patients with clinical average operation time and the patients during the operation, better than the control group in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (P<0.05) is very obvious;observation group cure rate was higher than the control group in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (P<0.05) is very obvious.Conclusion: for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia clinical treatment in patients with choice of colposcopy and LEEP, effectively reflect the treatment efficiency, convenience and safety, so as to improve an effective guarantee for the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia patients.关键词
