普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗眼前节激光术后炎症反应的观察

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of anterior segment inflammation after laser surgery treatment of Pranoprofen Eye Drops.Methods: in our hospital from November 2014-2016 year in December during the diagnosis and treatment of 61 cases of anterior segment after laser surgery in the treatment of eye closure angle glaucoma as the research object, postoperative inflammation occurred in different degrees, according to two different treatment methods were divided into the observation group 31 cases and control group 30 cases, control group was treated with TobraDex eye drops treatment, the observation group received the Pranoprofen Eye Drops eye treatment, observation of curative effect difference.Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups (p>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion: the treatment of Pranoprofen Eye Drops anterior segment after laser surgery inflammation has obvious curative effect, and is not easy to appear a variety of adverse reactions, high security and is worthy of promotion.关键词
