Abstract
Objective: To investigate and analyze the effect of pantoprazole sodium and omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods: the February 2016-2017 year in March in our hospital for treatment of 94 cases of gastric ulcer patients as the research object, according to the order of admission into a and B group, 47 cases in each group.Group B patients were treated by omeprazole group, patients were treated by pantoprazole sodium, curative effect evaluation, and the two groups of patients with recurrence and Helicobacter pylori eradication.Results: the group of patients with the total effective rate of treatment was 91.49%, treatment group B patients with the total effective rate was 89.36%, the difference was not statistically significant (X2=0.123, P=0.726).The group of patients with recurrence rate (10.64%) than group B patients (27.66%), the difference was statistically significant correlation (X2=4.397, P=0.036).The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori in patients with the group A (80.85%) higher than that in group B patients (61.70%), the difference was statistically significant correlation (X2=4.209, P=0.040).Conclusion: in the treatment of gastric ulcer, close to the curative effect of pantoprazole and omeprazole, but by pantoprazole sodium in the treatment of patients with recurrence rate is relatively low, and the Helicobacter pylori eradication rate is high, is worth popularizing.关键词
