Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Bifidobacterium triple viable capsules combined with triple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection in children.Method: The June 2014-2017 January outpatient or hospitalization by carbon-13 urea breath test confirmed the diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori infection in children with a total of 198 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (96 cases) and control group (102 cases), and the two group HP cure rate and adverse reaction were analyzed.The control group was given standard triple therapy, the treatment group was given Bifidobacterium triple viable capsules combined with triple therapy, two groups were treated for a period of 14 days, after the end of the treatment period of 4 weeks to review the carbon-13 urea breath test.Comparison of two groups of children with Helicobacter pylori eradication rate.Result: The eradication rate of Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule combined with triple therapy and triple triple therapy was 92.7% (89/96), respectively (80.4%) (82/102).The HP radical rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Adverse reaction rate of the treatment group was 5.6%, of which 2 cases of diarrhea, 1 cases of constipation, headache in 2 cases;the control group adverse reaction rate was 10.8%, including 4 cases of diarrhea, 2 cases of constipation, headache in 3 cases, 1 cases of 1 cases of lower extremity pain, numbness.The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group was less than that of the control group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule can effectively improve the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori infection in children, and reduce the adverse reactions of treatment, has a high clinical value.关键词
