The effect of reconstruction of ACL stump-preservation on the knee function
摘要
Abstract
Objective:Observe the effect of reconstruction with stump-preservation of ACL on the knee function.Methods The 36 cases were randomly divided into preserved stump group (n=18), and control group(n=18).Lysholm and IKDC wererecorded at 3,6,9,12 months after surgery.Results The stump retention group were higher than control group at 3,6 months, which had significant difference(P<0.05).However, there were no difference at 12,24 months.Conclusion The ACL stump retention contributes to early recovery of knee function.关键词
