Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of prolactin on the migration and invasion of trophoblast cells in human early pregnancy.METHODS HTR-8SVneo cells were treated with different concentrations of PRL (0, 10, 100 ng / mL), and the cell migration and invasion were detected by cell scratch assay and Transwell chamber invasion assay.CCK-8 assay was used to detect cell proliferation.RESULTS PRL (0, 10, 100 ng / mL) had no effect on the proliferation of HTR-8SVneo cells (P <0.05).The migration and invasion ability of HTR-8SVneo cell were enhanced by high concentration of PRL (10, 100ng/mL) compared with blank group (0 ng/mL) (P < 0.05),and the high concentration of PRL stimulation group (100ng/mL) was significantly higher than that of low concentration PRL stimulation group (10ng/mL) (P < 0.05).Conclusion PRL can promote the migration and invasion of HTR-8SVneo cells in a certain concentration range, and in a concentration-dependent.关键词
