摘要

Abstract

At present,the first choice examination method of spinal cord injury is conventional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) cannot observe spinal micro structure, has low detection rate of spinal cord injury.Abnormal signal can be found in the middle and late course of spinal cord injury,the spinal cord has caused irreversible damage, and often underestimate the extent of spinal cord injury, image performance is not consistent with clinical symptoms.Magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging in spinal cord injury sensitivity is higher than conventional magnetic resonance imaging,check out the early spinal cord injury;can observe traumatic spinal cord injury of microstructure change,on spinal cord injury were quantitatively analyzed,the parameters value(FA) obtained by DTI is correlated with clinical grading of spinal cord injury;fiber tracking technology can show the fiber damage of the spinal cord without trauma and stereo.Can provide a basis for the early diagnosis and treatment of traumatic spinal cord injury,has important clinical value in the field of traumatic spinal cord injury.
