Abstract
Objective :To explore the correlation between pathological parameters and the IDO expression in esophageal carcinoma tissue.Methods Patients who had esophageal cancer operation in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2017 were involved.Fluorescence quota PCR examination and immunofluorescence technique and statistical method were used to explore the correlation between the IDO expression in esophageal carcinoma tissue, IDO mRNA, IDO and TNM, metastatic recurrence, tumor size, tumor amount, and pathological differentiation.Results IDO was expressed in cancer tissue and para-carcinoma tissue.IDO was not expressed clearly in non-carcinomatous tissues and control group.The level of IDO mRNA was not associated with tumor size(P=0.117), tumor amount(P=0.225) and pathological differentiation(P=0.289).The level of IDO mRNA was associated with TNM(P=0.041), relapse or not(P=0.001) and transfer or not(P=0.014).The level of IDO was not associated with tumor size(P=0.165), tumor amount(P=0.755) and pathological differentiation(P=0.082).The level of IDO mRNA was associated with TNM(P=0.020), relapse or not(P=0.000) and transfer or not(P=0.046).Conclusion The level of IDO expression is associated with the prognosis of esophageal cancer.IDO inhibitor have positive impact on the prognosis of esophageal cancer.关键词
