老年抑郁症患者采用帕罗西汀与度洛西汀治疗的效果分析

Abstract
Objective: Analyze the elderly depression patients with Pa Rossi Dean and duloxetine treatment clinical effect.Methods: 70 cases of elderly patients with depression were randomly selected from a hospital in the period from June 2015 to August 2016 the diagnosis as the research object, the control group was given oral Pa Rossi Dean treatment, while the experimental group of patients taking orally duloxetine treatment, the observation period was 8 weeks, compared two groups of patients with clinical treatment.Results: patients in the experimental group after treatment 1,2 weeks of HAMD quality assessment clearly Significantly better than the control group, the differences between the groups meet P<0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusion: elderly patients with depression by Pa Rossi Dean and duloxetine in the treatment is basically the same, it has strong security, but the treatment effect appeared faster an obvious advantage in the early stage of treatment.关键词
