品管圈活动降低小儿肠造口周围皮炎的效果
摘要
Abstract
objective:Objective to explore the effect of quality control circle activity in reducing the peripheral dermatitis in children.Method Methods 126 cases of pediatric patients undergoing colostomy were divided into routine group and study group according to different nursing plans.The patients in the two groups were treated with 2015.6~2016.12 in the treatment group (n =63).The routine group was treated with routine nursing, and the study group was actively carried out on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Result After the implementation of quality control circle activities, the study group of I around the proportion of dermatitis was higher than that of the conventional group, and there was no IV period, the nursing effect was better, the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle in the treatment of children with peripheral dermatitis around stoma is effective, which can effectively reduce the degree of skin injury and promote the recovery of children.关键词
