眼底OCT检查在白内障术前检查黄斑疾病中的应用价值
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To evaluate the value of fundus OCT (optical coherence tomography) in preoperative risk assessment of cataract surgery.Methods Randomly selected from October 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital, the fundus can still visible cataract in 718 eyes of 756 patients as the research object, all the cases are OCT macular scans as a routine examination before cataract surgery, the control group of 701 people without OCT 741 eyes fundus macular scans before surgery, all patients were treated by cataract surgery phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation for treatment.Results A group of OCT examination found macular problem 45 eyes, B group preoperative slit lamp before the end of the examination found macular disease in 9 eyes.Conclusion OCT examination is of great value in the examination of macular diseases before cataract surgery, which can grasp the indications of operation and comprehensive judgment on postoperative effect.关键词
