Abstract
The somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) has been widely applied in production of transgenic animal due to the high performance and the low cost.However,cloning by somatic cell nuclear transfer(SCNT) is still inefficient.This paper summarized some important aspects of OSM,and also analyzed the factor that related to the OSM.关键词
