摘要
Abstract
Plant essential oils have antimicrobial properties.In recent years,the food safety problems caused by antibiotic residues have severely restricted the healthy development of livestock and poultry breeding in China.In order to guarantee the market supply and healthy development of animal husbandry,and to seek safe and efficient antibiotic substitutes without residue has become an important topic.In this paper,the potential abilities of plant essential oils and their active components on rumen fermentation modulation,modulation mechanisms and application prospects were discussed.关键词
