Diakoptics based Power Losses Allocation Approach for Cross-regional Bilateral Electricity Transactions
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at losses allocation for cross regional bilateral transactions,the modelling approach on multi-regional bilateral transactions based on diakoptics was firstly presented,then losses allocation method for bilateral transaction was proposed.Losses were partitioned according to the share of each transaction in the branch flow by bilateral power flow tracing.The IEEE 14-bus system was adopted to verify the proposed approach.The comparative study of the proposed approach with the nucleolus theory based allocation method and the marginal loss allocation method were also done.The results show the proposed approach can accurately indicate the transaction power and transmission distance,as well as reflecting parallel and counter power flow,the allocation results were fairer and more reasonable.关键词
