Abstract
In order to simplify the control and reduce the second order harmonic component of circulating current,this paper presented a modular multilevel converter deadbeat control method.The single phase state equations of MMC were obtained.On the basis of the analysis of the single phase state equations,the proposed method takes the circulating current reference value and load current reference value as the input of deadbeat control,After the stability analysis based on the Routh criterion,the range of Kp's and Ki's values was obtained.A simulation model of MMC with 10 level output voltages by Matlab/Simulink was designed and a prototype of MMC was built up in the laboratory.According to the simulation and experimental results,we can know that,compared with the traditional control method,the proposed method has a smaller output current distortion rate,a lower second order harmonic component of circulating current and sub-module capacitor voltage ripple content.The results show that the proposed method can not only reduce the PI parameters,simplify the control.but also have better quality of electricity.关键词
