Abstract
Nowadays,the selection of internal fixation method and fixed segments are chaotic in the reconstruction of thoracic and lumbar spinal tuberculosis.The range of internal fixation and fusion were extent more.Long segment fixation and fusion can make fixation stronger,but lost more spinal motor function.Thus,this paper discussed the range of fusion and internal fixation for thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis including indications,operation procedures and advantages and disadvantages,in order to arouse the readers' attention on this question.关键词
